Volatile oil up to 6%Broken cassia (KABC) is unrolled cassia vera from the same Yen Bai mountains as our sticks. It is screened by machine to remove foreign matter, then hand-sorted a second time by a dedicated team, so the product arrives clean and ready for grinding, with no stones, metal or admixture.
Because the bark is sun-dried in hot summer weather, it is fully dried with no mould or fungus and keeps for 36 months, which helps factories plan sourcing and production across the year.
