Density 550–570 g/lVietnam grows more than 40% of the world's black pepper on around 150,000 hectares in the Central Highlands and the south-east. Elmar's second factory in Binh Duong sits in the heart of this growing region, with our own pepper plantation and processing lines.
Pepper is cleaned, graded by density and steam- or heat-sterilised on request, then packed for grinders, blenders and retail packers. White pepper is available on request.
