Korean ban importing carrot from Vietnam

(Letter of Restriction on importing Carrot from Vietnam to Korea)

It was not an easy year for Vietnamese farmers due to Covid-19. After this restriction, the price of carrot is expected to come down in season of Winter 2021.

In additional, the freight cost is increased 3 times higher than before due to shortage of containers. Plus the availability of containers is less for past 2 months. Thus, it is predicted as a very challenging season for carrots from Vietnam.
