Sourced from Yen Bai, Lao Cai and Quang Nam, Vietnamese cassia is cleaned, sorted, dried and cut to suit the intended application.

The range includes whole sticks, broken cassia, ground cinnamon, split bark and square cuts. Organic stick, ground and bark options can be discussed with current certification documentation.
